Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with PERSIS GYM.
We want you to love your new activewear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • The item is in the same condition you received it

Please note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, sports bras, leggings, and shorts cannot be returned if worn.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Damaged products caused by improper use

  • Returns without original packaging/tags

Return Process (UAE Orders)

We currently use Quiqup for delivery and return pick-ups.

How it works:

  1. Contact us via Instagram DM (@persis.gym) or through our website form.

  2. Our team will schedule a return pick-up through Quiqup.

  3. Pack the item securely for collection.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will approve the return or exchange.

Return Fees

  • Returns within the UAE may include a pick-up charge based on Quiqup’s service fee.

  • Exchanges may also include a delivery fee for the replacement item.

Refunds

Refunds are issued as:

  • Original payment method (if eligible)

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after inspection.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or model:

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • We’ll arrange an exchange pick-up + new delivery through Quiqup

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will replace it at no extra cost.
